AVAILABILITY
All orders placed through the Customer Service Team or on https://www.amourrina.come (“the Website”) are subject to availability and acceptance by AMOURRINA.
AMOURRINA reserves the right to change the assortment of items proposed on the Website and may limit from time to time the quantity of AMOURRINA products that may be ordered by a Customer in a single buying session.
The Customer Service Team and the product pages of the Website can provide you with information regarding products that are currently available for sale through those channels. You may also call the Customer Service team (telephone number indicated on the Website) and an AMOURRINA representative will provide you with further information as to product availability and assist you with your purchase.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF ORDER
Once you have placed your order on the Website or through the Customer Service Team, you will receive by e-mail an Acknowledgment of Order acknowledging the details of your order along with the Terms of Service. This Acknowledgment of Order will contain an Order Number assigned by AMOURRINA. Please carefully review the Terms of Service upon receipt and make sure that you save the Order Number for any future enquiries regarding your order.
This Acknowledgment of Order is not an acceptance of your order. Following the transmission of the Acknowledgment of Order, AMOURRINA will conduct its usual security checks and then process your order.
CONFIRMATION OF ORDER
Upon shipment of the product you have ordered, following completion by AMOURRINA of security checks, AMOURRINA will send you by e-mail a written Confirmation of Order.
AMOURRINA will preserve information concerning all orders as required by applicable law.
PRICES
Prices are indicated :
- in € (euros), Italian VAT included, for deliveries in Italy and in all the countries of the European Union.
- in € (euros), local taxes and customs duties excluded, for deliveries in the rest of the world. Italian VAT is deducted from the price.
Shipping costs are communicated to the client before the validation of the order. They can be viewed in the "Shipping" section.
PAYMENTS
You may pay by credit or debit card, your PayPal account or other payment service providers, as indicated on the Website or through the Customer Service team.
When ordering on the Website, you will need to enter your payment details on the appropriate form. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to AMOURRINA, you will need to contact your card issuer directly to solve this problem, and AMOURRINA will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
When ordering through the Customer Service Team you will agree on payments instruments together with the Customer Service Team. AMOURRINA reserves the right to refuse some payments instruments and/or change the payments instruments available on the website from time to time.
