When you purchase something from our store or website, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address, date of birth, email address and telephone number.

When you purchase products online or by phone we collect information such as your purchase details and relevant payment information. In addition, we collect personal information from you when you correspond with us, for example if you contact us with a query about one of the products or services. Moreover, we collect your information when you provide your details when you visit the AMOURRINA atelier or contact us by telephone.

If you choose to interact with AMOURRINA via a social media platform or other third party service, we will collect the information you have provided to us. For more information about the “THIRD PARTY SERVICES” (please see Section 5 below).

We also collect certain information automatically about visitors to our platform, described in the section headed “COOKIES” (please see Section 7).

SECTION 2 – HOW DO WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We will use the information we collect from you to:

Manage and fulfil purchase and repair orders, facilitate delivery, and to provide after-sales services;

• Deal with your enquiries and requests;

SECTION 3 – SHARING YOUR INFORMATION

We do not share personal information about you with other people or non-affiliated companies except under the following circumstances:

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Payment:

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
